As far as rejuvenating shampoos go, I didn’t find this one to be very effective. I felt that it strengthened my hair and increased volume, yes but there was no regrowth. If you are looking to regrow your hair, you might want to alternate it with a medicated shampoo that has minoxidil.

It gives you a very nice moisturized feel to your hair. Just enough moisture to give your hair a glow and a wonderful feeling when you run your fingers through. It won’t only feel good, it actually does look good too.

You might want to be careful using it over long periods of time. The fact that it contains SLS and Polyquaternium for me means that there are much more healthy options out there. It also means that you probably do not want to use this shampoo if you are pregnant or lactating.
